Hi, I’m Milina, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychotherapy from Yorkville University and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western University.

I specialize in supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, mood struggles, boundary and relationship issues, or life transitions. My clients often come to me feeling stuck in patterns of negative self-talk, perfectionism, people-pleasing, social anxiety, or avoidance, and together we work toward creating meaningful, lasting change. I provide in-person therapy with flexible availability, making it easier to prioritize your mental health within a busy life.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented, with a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and complementary techniques from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). I help clients reduce excessive worry, improve self-esteem, set healthy boundaries, improve productivity, and foster deeper connections—whether you’re navigating relationship concerns, a difficult breakup, workplace stress, or challenges with motivation and emotional regulation.

Therapy should be a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard and understood. My priority is to create a compassionate, supportive environment where you can gain clarity, build confidence, and develop practical coping strategies. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d love to connect.
